I feel like today, I stepped into a Time Machine and got the Bojangles quality from the early 2000's. I have had issues in the past with Bojangles in the greater Charlotte area. Bojangles is a standout fast food restaurant known for its exceptional service and friendly employees. From morning to night, staff members greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude, making every interaction a positive one. The quality of the food is consistently great, and the restaurant goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Recently, some customers have mentioned wanting to try the new wings, noting that while the taste is good, the wings were small and not worth the price. Large orders are carefully prepared and packed with all the necessary utensils and condiments. One customer praised a staff member named Kim for her amazing service when they received cold Bo Rounds. Despite some occasional minor issues, such as limited change availability, Bojangles is a reliable choice for both personal and business meetings. With its commitment to excellent service and high-quality food, this Bojangles location stands out from the rest, especially for those looking for a fast option in the early morning.
