Carolina Ale House Reviews
Had an amazing time and the food was very good. Our server Jordy was the best. Nachos and wings. Yep. Delicious
Don’t waste your time. Food is below average at best. Opening weekend of college football and every tv in the place is showing tennis. 🤦🏻♂️ just wanted to eat and watch a game. Not a sports bar.
This has been the absolute worst experience I have had at a restaurant in a very long time. We sat for 15 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us and then finally ordered drinks. 25 minutes later 2 was drinks were brought and one was wrong. The second try brought a “Pinot Grigio” that was so off it had turned brown. After 45 minutes and no food orders we asked for the check, which quite frankly should have been comped. I will never return.

Carolina Ale House offers a welcoming atmosphere and tasty dishes, including popular burgers, chicken tenders, and cheese fries. The attentive staff, like server Carley and bartender Alexis, provide great service and create a comfortable dining experience. The manager, Ciara, ensures all customers have an enjoyable time. While there have been some reports of inconsistent food quality and issues with the curbside pickup service, the restaurant remains a favorite spot for good food and a friendly environment. The burgers, especially with the kids, continue to be a highlight, and the lively atmosphere with country music is a draw for many customers.
