Corkscrew Wine Shop & Bar Reviews
I did not eat here, but had a couple drinks. The expresso martini was really good!
We thoroughly enjoy visiting Corkscrew, particularly because of its relaxed atmosphere and the exceptional service provided by Joseph, our favorite mixologist. His expertise surpasses the industry standard, and he genuinely cares about the quality of the drinks he creates and the satisfaction of his patrons. Although I love a great red, the cocktails are an art & delicious!
Me and my friends had our book club meeting here for the first time, we went at 5pm on a Monday and it was very quiet, clean and our server was very friendly and knowledgeable on the menu. They had a summer rose flight of 3 for $15 that some of us tried and it was really good! We also orders appetizers such as the caprese and pepperoni Flatbread, hummus and spinach artichoke dip. We were all happy with the food. It did get a little more crowded to host a book club towards 6-7pm...read full review

Corkscrew Wine Shop & Bar is a great spot in Kingsley and Fort Mill, perfect for an evening out or a relaxed afternoon stop. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and comfortable with seating options including tables, couches, and the bar. The wine selection is excellent, and they also have beautifully crafted cocktails. Some guests enjoyed a summer rose flight of 3 for $15. The menu offers food like caprese and pepperoni flatbread, hummus, spinach artichoke dip, charcuterie boards with cheeses, meats, and dips, pastries, and desserts. The staff is fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly welcoming. The service is generally great, with multiple staff members checking in. Prices are reasonable. A minor complaint was that appetizer plates for sharing were on the small side, and occasionally a dessert order might slip through when it gets busy. It can get crowded during the dinner hour rush, but that is expected. Guests felt very comfortable and well taken care of, and many plan to return.
