“Me and my friends had our book club meeting here for the first time, we went at 5pm on a Monday and it was very quiet, clean and our server was very friendly and knowledgeable on the menu. They had a summer rose flight of 3 for $15 that some of us tried and it was really good! We also orders appetizers such as the caprese and pepperoni Flatbread, hummus and spinach artichoke dip. We were all happy with the food. It did get a little more crowded to host a book club towards 6-7pm but thats as expected with the dinner hour rush. The prices are reasonable. Our only minor complaint was that the appetizer plates for sharing were on the small side“

“Where do I even begin?!?! I have had the Speckled Pear on my list for a year now (I live in Virginia) and I FINALLY got a chance to give it a try. First impression: 1000% worth traveling over state lines for. I got the privilege of attending Saturday brunch and Saturday dinner. Both experiences had their differences and similarities and have me counting down the days until I go back. The menus both times were filled with many options of delicious foods. I did a little bit of everything while I was there and the truth is there are no wrong choices with what they offer! Now for my favorite part of my visit(s): The owners came out while we were eating and when we finished to check on how our service was and introduce themselves/say hello again. I LOVE that they do this. It added such a personal touch to this Family-Owned dining experience both in the morning at brunch and in the evening at dinner. The Speckled Pear was so lovely, and I appreciate all the dedication these owners have poured into their craft. I look forward to returning in the future.“

“My wife and I stopped here Friday night before dinner at a nearby restaurant. Friday and Saturday nights get very crowded but we were fortunate to grab 2 seats at the bar which is rather small. They specialize in MANY types of wine, craft beers and sangria. I’m had the Gailic Ale and an Oktoberfest, my wife had the red sangria. The atmosphere is that of a boutique book shop/winery. They offer a small selection of small bites that looked delicious. Very cool place . Prices were fair and we look forward to going back.“

“I stopped at Firebirds today for a late lunch. The soup of the day was amazing (Tomato bisque) and a perfectly cooked burger. Most outstanding was my server Michelle. She was so gracious I felt like she was welcomimg me into her home.“

I spoke with Lynn Allen (general manager) she walked me thru buying a gift card and I was able to surprise my daughter and her date with dinner covered. Lynn (and the hostess I spoke with) were so friendly and helpful! My daughter said her dinner was amazing and can’t wait to visit again! “Wow!! Last night we had dinner and ordered several things. The buratta salad was to die for such a beautiful dish to look at an even better to eat. The spinach artichoke dip was the most unique I’ve ever tried. I got the wedge salad for an entree it was one of the best salads I’ve eaten out and my husband got his go to shrimp and grits. Your food was on point last night and I felt compelled to tell you. I love this place so much and so happy we have it with all the limited dining places nearby. Fantastic evening with you!“

“If you're looking for a great craft beer store/taproom Kit's in Pineville has a large variety of craft beer to go and local brews on tap.
Service is friendly and if you're from Ohio you'll love the Cleveland Indians deco. Moderate noise level with local clientele. If there's something you're looking for just ask...the Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The taproom is so clean they even post when tap lines are cleaned and replaced! And there's plenty of Indoor and Outdoor seating.“

“Had dinner there yesterday - it was great, and I overall highly recommend it and leaving 5 stars. If this is on your list, you should go there - nice spot. One small dent in the service - I did ask for the plate to be picked up a couple of times (not our table's waiter, but to one passing by, and maybe that the issue) but she seemed a little bit - not overly - irritated. But again, no dent in the overall evening. It was a great time and I recommend anyone looking at this spot to try it out.“

“We ate at Aroma again last night. All the way home, I kept commenting how great our dinner was. If you want flavor, try these. The Onion Pakoda is fun to share. We love the green sauce with it. The Hariyali Kabob is intensely flavorful, juicy, and incredibly tender. The Vijayawada Boneless Chicken Biryani provides delicious heat and is portioned for hefty appetites like mine. My sister has had the bone-in biryani and said it was the best tasting chicken she’s ever had. The Indo-Chinese Street Style Fried Rice is like nothing I’ve had before. So many great flavors and textures . Very adventurous for fried rice. The service is always friendly and attentive. There are loads of gluten-free choices! Enjoy!“

“Kelly, our server was absolutely fantastic - The Best Server I have seen in any restaurant - 5 STAR Service - She did a wonderful job. However, the food quality was not up to par this evening. I had the Surf & Turf and the Lobster was overcooked. Another party had a Hamburger and was not satisfied with the quality & taste. The manager came over and took care of everything very professionally for which we very much appreciated his involvement. For that reason, we will come back to Firebirds in Stonecrest again.“
