This was probably the best service that my wife and I have ever received from any restaurant that we have ever been to. I had an issue with the toughness of my steak in my penne pasta entree, and it was taken back with no problem at all. The manager came over and talked with me, which was a great gesture, to resolve the issue. We struck up a conversation that lasted at least 15 minutes. I stopped at Firebirds today for a late lunch. The soup of the day was amazing (Tomato bisque) and a perfectly cooked burger. Most outstanding was my server Michelle. She was so gracious I felt like she was welcomimg me into her home.
The food was absolutely delicious, we took advantage of the early bird special. Our server, Gracie was wonderful, she had a great attitude and was delightful, hope to see her again.
