I stopped at Firebirds today for a late lunch. The soup of the day was amazing (Tomato bisque) and a perfectly cooked burger. Most outstanding was my server Michelle. She was so gracious I felt like she was welcomimg me into her home.
We had Firebirds cater a lunch for our department around a year ago, and thought it would be good for another team outing in person. They may have changed cooks, because the food that we had catered was a lot better than our dine-in experience.
