“My family was going through bereavement and we just needed to get together and enjoy one another. We laugh through our pain so we decided on a cousins outing at Captain Steve. When I tell you that staff was simply amazing. Our waitress (Tay & Jordan) didn’t miss a beat and they participated in our foolishness 🤣 We were laughing loud and my sister acts crazy when she’s hungry 🤦🏾‍♀️🤭 and they even laughed with us at her. They even took pictures of us (Jordan even stood in the chair to get a photo 🤣 I say all that to say, They didn’t know what me and my cousins were dealing with but they provided the best service and WE THANK THEM!!! Ppl don’t have to be nice to you so when they do, so your appreciation 🫶🏾❤️“

“My wife and I made reservations this past Friday. We were seated immediately at a very comfortable table. We had cocktails beforehand but noticed their lounge is spacious , we will be sure to have pre dinner drinks there next time. Our server was very attentive and helpful with menu choices. There happened to be the YOCO Trail week w/ special menu items at several restaurants in the area. So we were able to each choose an appetizer, entree and dessert for $35 each. We had the tortillas with lobster dip, a strawberry salad and they served warm bread with a tomato and olive oil sauce. I ordered shrimp and grits and my wife had the salmon. We also chose the key lime pie and chocolate mousse cake. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!“

“My wife and I ate here for the first time this afternoon and we were pleasantly surprised. The tacos and deluxe burrito were outstanding as was my wife's chimichanga. She also approved of the ceviche. All in all, we found ourselves a new favorite spot and it's close to our house! Highly recommend.“

“This was probably the best service that my wife and I have ever received from any restaurant that we have ever been to. I had an issue with the toughness of my steak in my penne pasta entree, and it was taken back with no problem at all. The manager came over and talked with me, which was a great gesture, to resolve the issue. We struck up a conversation that lasted at least 15 minutes. We were from out of town, visiting Charlotte for the first time and she really made our visit worth-while. I got the grilled honey chicken with the veggies instead and it was absolutely delicious! I think the managers name was Kristine, and the servers name was Savannah. They both were very thoughtful and kind and the restaurant was beautiful. Too often, people of different backgrounds and races are portrayed by the media as always at odds, politically, socially, and culturally but this visit just proves that we can all get along if we just take the time to get to know each other and hear each other out. This visit did more than just offer good food and service, but it also restored my hope in that people from different races and backgrounds are able to get along and love each other despite what society attempts to portray. “Wow! Wow! Wow! We had the most spectacular experience tonight! We ordered the wedge salad to spilt, the Salmon entree and a feature consisting of a ribeye and a crab cake! The flavors surpassed our expectations and every bite we were looking at each other like “what?!” Compliments to the chef and to our server, Peter. Trust us, GO AND ASK FOR PETER! We will be back and we’ll be dreaming about our meal till then!“

“Our server Lauren was excellent and the food great. My only concern was the employee sticking his hand in the gummy worm jar at the milk shake station. He did this twice, no gloves, yuck. This is how foodborne illnesses start.“

“Pier 51 is my go-to for seafood in Rock Hill. My family loves the food and service. Dmitri and his staff truly take care of their customers. The hush puppies are THE BEST! My favorites are the calabash shrimp, grilled jumbo shrimp, and the shrimp and grits. Great salad bar. Also, I don’t know how they make their cocktail sauce, but is the best I’ve ever tasted!“

“We had such a quick trip to and from Nashville that I unfortunately was NOT able to get a Nashville hot chicken sandwich, and that had to be remedied as soon as I could Thursday. Helen’s Hot Chicken on Mt Gallant in Rock Hill didn’t disappoint. It brought the teary eyes and I loved every minute of that hot chicken sandwich pain. The fried okra was fantastic and I am sure I will be back. Great customer service from folks who actually are from TN, great food, and reasonably priced. I just couldn’t eat even half and would have done better to share the large portions.“

“Easy to get into but took a while to find it once inside the gate. I took a picture to show where these guys are. So much from for parking and overnight parking.

Peoffesional and communicative. They open qr 7 am to unload. We had a 7 am appointment and came early. They took about 45 minutes to clean the dock and within a few minutes unloaded the few pallets we had.

“Kelly, our server was absolutely fantastic - The Best Server I have seen in any restaurant - 5 STAR Service - She did a wonderful job. However, the food quality was not up to par this evening. I had the Surf & Turf and the Lobster was overcooked. Another party had a Hamburger and was not satisfied with the quality & taste. The manager came over and took care of everything very professionally for which we very much appreciated his involvement. For that reason, we will come back to Firebirds in Stonecrest again.“

“Had the pleasure of dining at That's Amore for the first time today. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. We were celebrating my sister's birthday and the chef brought out a number of appetizers; ,bruschetta. cold antipasto, rice balls, etc.. and everything was absolutely delicious. Our main courses were equally delicious. If you haven't tried That's Amore then please do. You will love their authentic and fresh italian food!“

“I am from long island ny and im updating my review because we had another solid experience here. This staff definitely likes kids so don't feel uncomfortable if you have kids in your party. I honestly added another star because of this because there's very few restaurants that are so welcoming with children. Today we were a party of 7. waitress, checked on us, filled our drinks and kept checking on how satisfied we were. Atmosphere could have been better but it was what we expected. All of the people around us were regular customers and loved their food!“

“We went there today with three adult and one child, the child was 9 years old. They told us the 9 year old had to pay the adult price since she was a little over 4 foot with her shoes on. we said we would just leave then. the manager said she did care and could care less if we ever came back. they lost out on over $150.00 dollar over 20 dollars on a kid that would have just eat 1 plate of spaghetti. we where ok with paying the 19.99 just not the 46.00. if I was the owner I would fire that manager. If I was you and have kids don't go here.“

“Food was great. Unfortunately, part of my order was missing, and I really wasn't interested in going back to deal with it. I saw a man who was smart enough to check before leaving, and questioned them about his missing item.

Their pick-up (takeout) was not great. The cashier didn't know that the order is identifiable by phone number, not order #, and the person who gave me my bag licked their finger to open the bag.

Food was great, but between poor customer service, and some sanitation issues, I'm not sure if I'll ever go there again.

If you go, make sure you check your order! For what I paid in this economy, nothing should have been missing!!!!!“
