“My husband and I have been there twice now since we learned there was one in Dallas, NC - near our Belmont home - and now there is no going back to any other mexican restaurant and believe you me, we’ve tried the all! We fell in love with Papas and Beer on Tunnel Rd in Asheville - gosh, 20 years ago and until last month - didn’t think we’d see one as good (and we tried the one in Shelby) - hoping to have the same “true-love” experience with the tastes and salsa bar and just the geniune hospitality and then we found you! The Chicken Pollo is amazing and the Chimicanga is to die for (no, please live and have another one or two!). Daniel - the manager - is gracious and welcoming! Go, Go - did I say Go?“

“My 1st visit was Saturday and I have litterly been 4 days in a row now. These bowls are soooo addictive. And the staff is so friendly and this is the 1st place I been where they actually give enough rice and sauce! I'm so happy I found this place!“

“Love the bone in salt pepper catfish. we eat it almost every week. we get it curb side to go. when we get home it's still hot and crispy. the people are always quick nice and friendly. this is the only place to get the catfish. we have tried the other places but we will stick with cottons.“
“My wife and I visited the resturant and was amazed at the Quality of the food !It was delicious! the waitress was great our food was ordered and came at a timely manner you couldn't ask for better! shrimp, flounder, and probably the best baked potato ever...........hush puppies, slaw and the best tarter sauce around! can't wait to visit again“

Had fried flounder and a separate order of calamari. Both were really good, although I will next time not get the calamari to go.

“I got my food to go, the pick up area was a bit small but clean and tidy, thus 4 stars.The food I get is always 5 star which is why I am a multiple repeat customer, very highly recommend the salt and pepper catfish most of all!Service has always been nice and pleasant as well.“

“Not what I recall from a few years ago. Something different. Not sure what. Used to be the best shrimp and chicken in town but now is just okay. I seem to get this same quality from a lot of places. Maybe a slightly different process or using a healthier way of frying... Not sure.“

“The buffet was good, but wish there would've been more to offer. The service was amazing. Our waitress was very kind and friendly. It was a little warm in the restaurant but she explained they were having AC issues. The price at lunch was 15.99 and included the drink, like I said, I feel there should've been more options for the pricing, but overall experience was good!“

“Food is fresh and delicious. Saul and his crew take pride in what they are doing and it comes through in every bite. The fried chicken, fish, shrimp were wonderful. Hush puppies are a must try!“

“We feel like family when we go in. They go out of there way to give us their best, (Service) & (Food)
Vegetarian options: Just ask for dinners with vegetables & tofu...etc.
Dietary restrictions: You have to be the judge of what your restrictions are. If you find a dish you think you may like & there is something you cannot eat for health reasons or you just don't like it, ask the one that cooks it to hold the onions or the tofu, just (2)examples. Otherwise, the food is great ?
Parking: Usually, no problem in getting a place to park .
Kid-friendliness: Kids are important & they are treated with respect & kindness...hats off to the Staff Family @ Hunan To Go❣“
