“BEST HOT DOGS in Shelby !! HANDS DOWN !! We have looked for a good hot dog place since we moved here 5 years ago .. we have tried every “the best hotdogs” in town and none of them compared to our beloved hometown hotdogs till today at the BHC .. finally my family has a little slice of hometown food place to go in our new hometown !! my family’s quest for the best hotdog in town is over !! They have amazing food, down home hospitality, first class customer service, reasonable food, and the best atmosphere !! The owners are super nice and very attentive . They make you feel 1000% welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. Almost before the door can shut behind you. 10/10 .. and WORTH VERY PENNY !! I’m a new customer for life !!“

“I ordered 2 large chicken gizzards from here today because I am anemic and having to add organ meats and such to my diet. They were delicious!! Everything I have eaten from here is good. I highly recommend them. They have a great menu. ❤️ Thanks Chicken Ranch!“

“My husband and I enjoyed the delicious food, smiling faces, and positive attitude of the staff at Creekside while traveling through town. We just happened upon the restaurant from a google search, and could have been more satisfied. Our food was cooked to order and you could tell it was homemade, all the way down to the delicious sour cream.Creekside will definitely be seeing us again!“

“Early birthday dinner. We had reservations but noticed empty chairs at the bar, so we told the hostess we'd prefer to sit at the bar. Best decision! Nicky at the barcwas incredible. She was slammed and still personally stuffed the olives with blue cheese for our martinis. She guided us through the menu and helped us pick the best appetizers and entrees. She also let us try some wines before we picked one to complement our meals. We had the Cha cha shrimp and mussels for appetizers and the filet and crab cakes for our mains. Nickel made the whole experience special.“
