“I’m obsessed. Best Peruvian restaurant I’ve been to in NC. Well priced for the quality and authenticity of the food. I’m Peruvian, so my standards are high - and I am so glad I found this gem on my road trip. I had the ceviche carretillero which was perfection. If you can handle a little spice - you’re gonna be licking your plate at the end. The maracuya sour was divine and the pisco wasn’t overpowering which is just how I like it. I live 2.5 hours from here and I’ll be back. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. 10/10. Hickory, y’all are lucky to have access to a restaurant like this. If you’re new to Peruvian food, trust me… you can’t go wrong. I’ll be back.“
“If you want real, authentic Korean, this is the place for you! I had the Bibimbap and it tasted better than what I ate weekly in S. Korea! The ingredients are fresh, the service is very friendly and even though the price is a little high, you absolutely get what you pay for!“

Josh greeted us at the door and was also our server and he was absolutely awesome!Duke’s has an extensive wine list with so many great choices.The ‘regular’ menu as well as the specials had so many wonderful selections. I had the house salad with blue cheese dressing which was fresh and full of flavor. My husband had the Caesar salad which he loved.For dinner I had the crab cake served with asparagus, garlic mashed potatoes and julienne squash and everything was so delicious! There was so much food I brought half of it home and I can’t wait till lunch tomorrow!My husband had the sushi grade tuna with fried rice and he loved it.Included with our meal was a lovely dessert sampling , (delicious and just the right size) and we left so satisfied but not stuffed.Go to Duke’s! You’ll love it (I didn’t mentioned how beautiful the restaurant is with super clean bathrooms!) and ask for Josh! He’s the BEST!“
“This was great, we were a little scared cause my wife has a shell fish allergy but they made sure all things were separated and there were no incidents. The food thoooooo a WHOLE SITUATION. Everything was golden brown and seasoned to perfect measure. I only wished there was more. It helped that the service was amazing can't remeber the your guys name but he made sure we were taken care of.“
“Fish camp atmosphere. Staff is friendly, hushpuppies are always fresh and hot. Good variety of options and the new menu (2024) offers additional seafood options. The daily specials do not disappoint. Order baby shrimp and you can feed a small army, the portions are so generous!“

“This is not your regular Mexican restaurant. They primarily have seafood. The food was great and the portions are very large. The dry ceviche (instead of salsa and chips) was good, but all the salsas were too spicy for us. I'd definitely come back, as they have a good variety of dishes to try.“
“Our cousin brought us here for lunch after a morning of shopping. There were 9 of us with 4 of those being kids. I wasn't sure how this would go. We were seated outside downstairs, and there were plenty of things to keep the kids occupied while waiting on the food. The best part was that the kids' food came out first!!! That is a huge thing for parents of young children. After they finished eating, they again played while the adults finished and could easily see the kids playing. Our server was fabulous as well as the food! As an out of towner, I would definitely recommend stopping by.“

“We order from China King quite often and highly recommend them. Their portion sizes are plentiful, always fresh, hot and prepared exactly as we ordered. Our favorite is their sesame chicken combo, which comes with fried rice and an egg roll. For appetizers or just something light, the wonton soup and crab rangoons are amazing. The staff is friendly and restaurant is clean. My only complaint is that it’s not really an inviting place to go inside to sit down and eat.“
“Excellent service and food! Our server Shayna was very attentive and friendly. She ensured we had everything we needed and made recommendations to us. She continually came by to make sure are drinks were filled and to see if the food was to our satisfaction. Excellent customer service. Upon this visit we had the pleasure of meeting the Manager Jose who also was very friendly and had Excellent customer service.
