Food was pretty good. Wait staff could have checked on us alittle more but aside from that it was enjoyable. We have eaten there a couple of times and enjoyed it each time. We normally get seafood but this time wanted to try the steak sandwich. Alittle pricy though.
If you haven't eaten here, then you don't know what you're missing. Always good food and great service. My wife and I live in Florida, and every time we come to North Carolina to stay and visit with family here in Newton and Hickory, we make it a point to eat here.

Fish camp atmosphere. Staff is friendly, hushpuppies are always fresh and hot. Good variety of options and the new menu (2024) offers additional seafood options. The daily specials do not disappoint. Order baby shrimp and you can feed a small army, the portions are so generous!
