The chicken was old and when we complained they gave us even older chicken it was nasty and salty plus they were rude. This place needs to get shut down, plus all of the machines were broken, and all of the workers would go on break at the same time to smoke and would make the whole place smell. Terrible experience.
Frozen strawberry machine down and instead of notifying me when ordering they try to give me regular. Tried to ask for mango but it wasn’t thawed out or frozen they said. Was excited to try because these are the options listed as using cane sugar. Bummer. And my mashed potatoes were not hot. Don’t know how you manage to mess up pre prepped sides that are in the warmer.
I love Popeyes just not this one fries were cold and stale. And chicken sandwich was cold. Alot drama behind the counter yelling. Very uncomfortable setting. Won't be back
