horrible service. would have gotten better service at McDonalds. thanks. not worth the almost 2 hours it took to get out of this place. East Coast Wings is across the street if you want better service

I’ve been to over 100 BWW’s along the east coast. The service here at the Hickory location was excellent, better than most. The restaurant seemed clean and inviting. BUT the food was horrible to put it bluntly. My traditional BBQ wings were absurdly dry and crispy to the point they were almost inedible. (5 drums and 1 flat?) The carrots had turned and gone bad.
