Had the pleasure of dining at That's Amore for the first time today. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. We were celebrating my sister's birthday and the chef brought out a number of appetizers; ,bruschetta. cold antipasto, rice balls, etc.. and everything was absolutely delicious. Our main courses were equally delicious. If you haven't tried That's Amore then please do. You will love their authentic and fresh italian food!
I posted before that we would not eat in here because of a waitress named Lana. She couldn't keep her hands off my husband. With that being said. We went to place a order to go tonight. We noticed no Lana. (Made my day). Our waitress was Donna which is the sister of our favorite bartender, Marsha. Who no longer works there. Bad bad loss for them. Donna did an amazing job. The young guy behind the bar did a so so job.
This was my second time eating here and granted, it was New Year's Eve and they were busy. We, however, had reservations. I was very surprised that we were not offered bread when we sat down. We were brought water. We had to ask for bread which took a while and when it was delivered was hard and burned. On top of that, we were not given butter. This was odd for a restaurant of this caliber. My husband and I ordered Veal Parmigiano. The Veal was overcooked and hard. I didn't eat...read full review
