The food was nasty, poor flavoring. Waste of money and the experience was definitely not satisfying. The food literally had no taste
We went there today with three adult and one child, the child was 9 years old. They told us the 9 year old had to pay the adult price since she was a little over 4 foot with her shoes on. we said we would just leave then. the manager said she did care and could care less if we ever came back. they lost out on over $150.00 dollar over 20 dollars on a kid that would have just eat 1 plate of spaghetti. we where ok with paying the 19.99 just not the 46.00. if I was the owner I would...read full review
We wanted to get the buffet, it was 5 of us. 42.99 a person. We was told if we did not eat everything on our plates and they had to dispose of it, it was going to be an upcharge. Hook & Reel Cajun Seafood & Bar offers a welcoming atmosphere and attentive service. The all-you-can-eat option is a popular choice, featuring flavorful and "SMOKING HAWT" dishes. The menu includes options like the Small Catch, a combination of Snow Crab and Black Mussels with a spicy sauce. The overall experience is enjoyable and worth a return visit. Customers were satisfied with the kindness of the staff and delicious food. The environment is nice with good music.
Some customers found the shrimp boil sauce not to their liking, and the fried soft shell crab basket not enjoyable, but the fried catfish basket was decent. The crab legs were sometimes empty and small, but the price is reasonable considering the variety offered. The seafood bags could have used more seasoning, but the garlic butter was excellent. One customer had an issue with getting a water refill, but the overall experience was still cool.
