“Kelly, our server was absolutely fantastic - The Best Server I have seen in any restaurant - 5 STAR Service - She did a wonderful job. However, the food quality was not up to par this evening. I had the Surf & Turf and the Lobster was overcooked. Another party had a Hamburger and was not satisfied with the quality & taste. The manager came over and took care of everything very professionally for which we very much appreciated his involvement. For that reason, we will come back to Firebirds in Stonecrest again.“

“What a great meal!! The Parmesan spin dip started us on a mouth watering experience. Rack of ribs w the strawberry salad and perfectly crispy French fries set us up for the perfect meal. My daughter loved her baked potato soup too! Thank you Samuel for your perfect service! And big thanks to the kitchen❣ you guys rock💪“

“Our server, Laney was fantastic and patient. The food was hot, quick, cooked perfectly to everyone's request. We asked for manager (Adam) who came and we let him know what a great experience we had from service to food. He believes in his team and let's them know he does and it definitely showed because the experience was top notch from start to finish! So Thank you Laney, Tony(cook/kitchen manager), and Adam! We stopped on a whim- welll be back on purpose!“

“I stopped at Firebirds today for a late lunch. The soup of the day was amazing (Tomato bisque) and a perfectly cooked burger. Most outstanding was my server Michelle. She was so gracious I felt like she was welcomimg me into her home.“
