“This was probably the best service that my wife and I have ever received from any restaurant that we have ever been to. I had an issue with the toughness of my steak in my penne pasta entree, and it was taken back with no problem at all. The manager came over and talked with me, which was a great gesture, to resolve the issue. We struck up a conversation that lasted at least 15 minutes. We were from out of town, visiting Charlotte for the first time and she really made our visit worth-while. I got the grilled honey chicken with the veggies instead and it was absolutely delicious! I think the managers name was Kristine, and the servers name was Savannah. They both were very thoughtful and kind and the restaurant was beautiful. Too often, people of different backgrounds and races are portrayed by the media as always at odds, politically, socially, and culturally but this visit just proves that we can all get along if we just take the time to get to know each other and hear each other out. This visit did more than just offer good food and service, but it also restored my hope in that people from different races and backgrounds are able to get along and love each other despite what society attempts to portray. “Kelly, our server was absolutely fantastic - The Best Server I have seen in any restaurant - 5 STAR Service - She did a wonderful job. However, the food quality was not up to par this evening. I had the Surf & Turf and the Lobster was overcooked. Another party had a Hamburger and was not satisfied with the quality & taste. The manager came over and took care of everything very professionally for which we very much appreciated his involvement. For that reason, we will come back to Firebirds in Stonecrest again.“

“great place to get a fat ass steak! whenever I am craving a juicy steak this is always my first option. their bread is amazing, their portions are great! parking lot is big and staff is very welcoming and quick.

there was this one time where my boyfriend and I went to get steaks somewhere else and we were actually so disappointed that we ended up coming to longhorn like..2 days later to have a redo date 😭😭 love this place!!“
