We stopped here on our way to South Carolina from Ontario Canada. We had the filet with shrimp and it was fantastic. Portions were huge and food was soo delicious. We also had margaritas and cheese stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer. The service was 5 star.
We arrived about 8:30 Sunday night and were greeted fast and friendly and immediately sat. Our server Luke was awesome! He saw the looks of indecisiveness from my family and I and made us more comfortable by letting us know he was the closer so we could take our time. As a restaurant family, we totally appreciated this because we already felt bad that it was kinda late. He gave us plenty of time, answered questions we had and checked on us regularly. This place makes me happy. I almost can't explain it. I would rather support a locally owned restaurant but still appreciate the local workers here. At least a half dozen things I've had on the menu have been reasonably priced and thoroughly satisfying. Service and atmosphere are positively nice.
