“A wonderful dinner. Seated promptly and as bar area was a bit loud we were quickly reseated to a quieter corner. Chris our server was excellent - attentive but not intrusive. I had oysters and my wife the burrata and beet salad - both great. For mains my wife had the Parmesan salmon and me the steamed sea bass Hong Kong style which was absolutely outstanding - beautifully cooked and flavorful. Never going to be the cheapest place for a good dinner but worth every cent!!“

He was the one who made my drink because I was not sure what i wanted. Just asked what I liked. We were celebrating our anniversary and they told us Happy Anniversary as soon as we walked in . “I recommend this experience if you’ve never been to a Brazilian restaurant, it is upscale, beautiful, very professional they make you feel like you’re the most important person in the dining room. The food was absolutely amazing. It was the best experience I’ve ever had the concierge, the hostess just everything was absolutely wonderful From their attire to the cuisine to the atmosphere, the feng shui of the restaurant absolutely perfect. “I had to have dinner replaced due to a bad delivery experience on April 19, 2024. After speaking to the manager of the Pineville NC Outback location, Brittany went above and beyond!! She had someone deliver my dinner (Filet Mignon, Baked Potato, Ceasar Salad and bread), to me on April 22, 2024. She also included a blooming onion and dessert!!! “Our first time dining at The Porter's House, but definitely not our last ... Atmosphere is casual elegance with white table cloths, our server, Angela, was knowledgeable and attentive. The food was delicious and the cocktails were great! We had the filet, the black grouper and bacon risotto (so yummy!), and dessert - the brownie with icecream and the creme brulee. The cocktail menu is fun and delicious. (You Had Me at Hello, pictured) The Sea Board made a divine first impression, and we devoured it! The Porter's House may be my new favorite steak house in Charlotte! Will definitely be back!“
“This is the 3rd Firebirds restaurant I've been to in the Charlotte area (Rea Road location) and it's at least as nice as the other two (Huntersville and South Charlotte). Our waitress (Adrienne) was fantastic. She was very personable and knowledgeable regarding the menu and food options. It was my 16th wedding anniversary, so she went out of her way to make that known to the staff. A couple of them came out and congratulated us and they even gave us a complimentary dessert (see photo). And our dinner was as great as we expected it to be. Definitely a location we'll be back to.“

“The chicken parmesan was crispy and the sauce had a lot of flavor. The crab cake, thick cut bacon, and prosciutto appetizers were a great way to warm up our appetites. The wine paired well with the steak and the pasta. Our server was extremely helpful. The tiramisu with a glass of McCallan 18yr was divine.“
“This place is super busy for a reason ! Best juicy steaks I have ever had ! Great atmosphere, great service ! With that being said, as I stated above, it's very busy . I suggest making a reservation well ahead of time and you will probably still have to wait for a few minutes. Well worth the wait ! They also have the best sweet tea you can drink !“
“I had a great visit to the place over the weekend. The food was really good and the drink was just right. I got blueberry waffles, eggs, jalapeño bacon, and hash casserole to eat. I got the red sangria to drink. Our waiter was great and the place was an overall good time. We did have to pay to park because we stayed over 2 hours talking but that’s on us. I will be back.Parking: Parking is free for the first 2 hours.“

“The gentleman who took care of our table and the lady who brought our food out and extra silverware were nice. All the food came out tasting good, but maybe it was just my taste buds, but I felt like the Caesar salad dressing was really spicy. That’s about the only way to describe it. Still, everything was wonderful and we enjoyed our experience.“

“Everything you want from a fine dining steak house. Elegant atmosphere, excellent service, and top tier cuisine. I had the dry aged ribeye which was phenomenal. All the sides at our table were amazing too. And I can't forget the old fashioned. You get what you pay for here.“
“Miss Sha was probably the best server we’ve ever experienced in any restaurant. EVER! She was so kind, knew what we needed before we even had to ask, the location was clearly understaffed and she had many tables to take care of but she checked in frequently. We ended up getting an app, lunch, drinks and dessert. There is a longhorn 5 min from us but i would much rather drive the 20+ min to go to this location if i knew Sha would be working. 10/10“
“Had a takeout order. Pickup was quick and didn't have any issues.Portions were generous but had ordered chicken tenders that were just too tough. The burger was cooked to order but the pasta and shrimp was only okay. Would come back again but will order something different next time“

From the time we walked through the door we were greeted with professionalism and a smile! Our waitress Alaura set the bar of what a waitress does. “Quinton went above and beyond for me in my family, my family was visiting Longhorn for their birthday celebration and I am four hours away. I called in to see if I could pay the bill. The manager informed me they are not allowed to accept payments over the phone, but did say they would give them dessert on the house and wish them or sing to them a happy birthday from us and my family. This made their day even more special and I’m so grateful and thankful for Quinton taking on this task! Thank you guys so much we love Longhorn.
