The sides were, ok. The sweet potato with pecan crust tasted out of a can, the macaroni was, ok. The bread wasn’t freshly baked etc etc.

“Food was tasty. We were seated in a back, tight, little converted closet type space that seemed peculiar as a seating area. Set aside and hidden away from the rest of the restaurant. Word of advice.... ask to be seated in main original area.“

“We went to Dressler’s tonight for my husband’s Birthday. We had never been but wanted to try it since we loved their old Dogwood concept. Michelle was our waitress and truly made the evening so special. She was so knowledgeable around the menu and so attentive and fun. The food was exceptional. I had the waygu flank special and he had the 16oz ribeye. The shrimp appetizer was a great way to start and the apple crisp was a perfect ending to the meal. We were so excited to see the manager from the old Dogwood concept working there. She is so great too. Thank you for having such an amazing space that can make nights so memorable.“

“Me and my girlfriend just ate here, the hostess was extremely polite and had a great energy, she told my girlfriend she looked very cute which made her feel amazing.

There was another host named Ryan that held both doors as we were coming out which takes a lot of effort, and he told us to have a better one when we said have a good day, that shows a care for customers that doesn’t go unnoticed.

“This was probably the best service that my wife and I have ever received from any restaurant that we have ever been to. I had an issue with the toughness of my steak in my penne pasta entree, and it was taken back with no problem at all. The manager came over and talked with me, which was a great gesture, to resolve the issue. We struck up a conversation that lasted at least 15 minutes. We were from out of town, visiting Charlotte for the first time and she really made our visit worth-while. I got the grilled honey chicken with the veggies instead and it was absolutely delicious! I think the managers name was Kristine, and the servers name was Savannah. They both were very thoughtful and kind and the restaurant was beautiful. Too often, people of different backgrounds and races are portrayed by the media as always at odds, politically, socially, and culturally but this visit just proves that we can all get along if we just take the time to get to know each other and hear each other out. This visit did more than just offer good food and service, but it also restored my hope in that people from different races and backgrounds are able to get along and love each other despite what society attempts to portray. Thank you for the great experience!!“

“Kelly, our server was absolutely fantastic - The Best Server I have seen in any restaurant - 5 STAR Service - She did a wonderful job. However, the food quality was not up to par this evening. I had the Surf & Turf and the Lobster was overcooked. Another party had a Hamburger and was not satisfied with the quality & taste. The manager came over and took care of everything very professionally for which we very much appreciated his involvement. For that reason, we will come back to Firebirds in Stonecrest again.“

“We met friends for dinner last night and really enjoyed it. I had the signature pineapple martini and it was great. For dinner I had the burrata, it was delicious. I also ordered the broccolini which tasted good, however, it could have been cooked a little more. I'd say it was nearly raw. I had the lemon cake for dessert, and it had a good flavor, but the consistency was really soft, not like a traditional layer cake. Probably should have gone with the butter cake..... will do that next time. I will also say that as a vegetarian I can usually get the scalloped potatoes at a steak restaurant, but couldn't here because they have bacon cooked inside:-( Our server was fantastic. Overall it was a nice dinner. I would definitely go back.“

“Celebrated my birthday yesterday with my husband. We haven’t been in years but it’s just as we remembered on point. Everything and everyone was exceptional. From the time we walked through the door we were greeted with professionalism and a smile! Our waitress Alaura set the bar of what a waitress does. She was bubbly and was helpful with making our choices for dinner. The manager on duty even came by to see how our food and experience was. Highly recommend Sullivan’s.“

We asked for manager (Adam) who came and we let him know what a great experience we had from service to food. He believes in his team and let's them know he does and it definitely showed because the experience was top notch from start to finish! So Thank you Laney, Tony(cook/kitchen manager), and Adam! We stopped on a whim- welll be back on purpose!“

“Met a friend at Firebirds for a casual lunch and was not disappointed. Our salads were delicious. The service (including a trainee) was excellent. And the atmosphere & low noise level could not have been better. We had a great visit because of Firebirds!“

“I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to recognize the hostess who helped us during our visit. She greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome right away. I visit LongHorn often and could tell she was newer but she was doing an amazing job. She was working hard helping guests and keeping everything organized while still staying positive and friendly.

Before we left I asked for her name and she told me it was Michelle. I hope her managers recognize the effort she’s putting in because she is already making a great impression!“
