Heather our server was extremely rude. We were polite and even tried getting her to laugh/smile. But she treated us as if we were being offensive. Other than that, the establishment has fantastic cocktails and a great atmosphere.

The atmosphere is nice but the service is not good. I met some colleagues for a happy hour after work and once there were more than six people inside the service was slow and the staff seemed agitated when we needed to flag them down for service. We didn't want to flag them down but they were not attentive.

My evening at Corkscrew's was nothing short of exceptional. The old fashioned with tequila mezcal left a lasting impression with its exquisite flavor. Sarah was our bartender who provided impeccable service that enhanced our overall experience. She had suggestions on her over all menu and what spots to check out in Charlotte for new comers in the city. My wife raved about the Count Chocula (chocolate martini), a true indulgence for any dessert cocktail enthusiast.The ambiance was also very chill, complemented by a fantastic selection of music that added to the lively atmosphere. Corkscrew is undoubtedly a gem for those seeking a perfect blend of exceptional drinks, top-notch service, and a captivating environment. Cheers to an unforgettable night!

The drinks were incredible. Highly recommend trying a few of their specialty cocktails. Bartenders know what they're doing. They were out of some of the small plates we wanted to try but got a flatbread pizza which was just ok, not bad. Atmosphere is cozy

Mocktails priced the same as a cocktails which is a shame and unnecessary.Their response is odd and very defensive. We were customers. A shame.

This is such a double edge review. There were 6 of us who showed up around 5pm on Saturday. We were told by the bartender that they will be closing for a private event at 7pm. No problem, we were just there to try a fancy cocktail. We chose to sit in a little lounge area with a couch and couple arm chairs. Very comfortable. Our server was good and drinks were great! Best espresso martini I've ever had. At approximately 6:25pm a woman came over to our area and aggressively swiped up all our drinks and waters without saying one word. We all looked at each other asking "did that just happen?" We were never informed of them needing us to leave at that time. We figured we could have finished our drinks as we had been working on paying the bill at this time. I asked to speak to the manager (because that is what we Karens do). And to my shock, the woman who behaved in that manner WAS the manager. I simply explained to her that she is allowed to use her words in her occupation and it would have been more appropriate to have explained to us that they needed the space and they were closing now. She could have cared less! Her attitude was nothing short of nasty and dismissive. Her name is Sara and I think she would be better off in an industry that does not require customer service. Due to the nasty way we were treated, not one of us will be returning.
