Epic Chophouse at Kingsley

Our second time here and continues to exceed our expectations. Jennifer took amazing care of us and made our dinner the ‘chef's kiss'. Food was excellent, along with atmosphere...definitely in our top 5 best steak places from across the country! Thank you for the experience, we will be back and keep up the great work!

After a horrible experience having Thanksgiving at a different restaurant last year we were pretty sure we were just going to cook for ourselves this year. However, there are only 3 of us and we always have too much food leftover and and up wasting it. A friend recommended having Thanksgiving at Epic and I am glad we did it! Everything was fantastic! They exceeded our expectations in every regard. The food was amazing. The buffet was kept fresh and full at all times. The prime rib and turkey carving station was fantastic! The food quality was great too! Our waitress did a superb job and several other staff members stopped by and asked how everything was. We will be going back next year for sure!!

Great Buffet! Everything was delicious. We originally was scheduled on their outdoor patio but a table openedup in the main room. The booth was so comfortable. We had a wonderful waiter who was quick to get our plates, and pour our wine! Everything was handled beautifully. We had been here once and was very impressed. Our waiter told us they have buffets on Mother's Day and Easter. Looking forward to the next visit! I will never cook again on Thanksgiving for sure.

Our experience at Epic has always been outstanding, but the buffet and arrangement of foods for Thanksgiving surpassed our expectations. They gave us a booth up front viewing the food tables, so we were front and center and loved it. They do the same thing on Easter and Mothers' Day and we will look at spending those days with them also. They also told us they do it big on New Years Eve, but that's past our bedtime. Enjoy

Incredible wagyu steak, good brussel sprouts, and excellent service.

Wasn't crazy about the crab cakes, mussels (sauce), or the passionfruit cocktail tasted just pineapple juice (the drink was def the weakest part of the experience).

That all said, I would still come back just for the steak.

The food was delicious and well-prepared with ample portions. Our waiter and the entire wait-staff were efficient and attentive. We will definitely return!

We were having a farewell dinner for one of coworkers and everything was excellent. The food was fantastic and servers went above and beyond to make sure everyone was well taken care of.

Food was excellent across the board. Love that they have a 12ox filet on the menu. Only hiccup was missing an addition to one of our filets, but not a big enough deal to make an issue. Steak was excellent without (and I think it's blasphemy to add a “topping” to a great steak anyway).

Went to see if this area finally had a great steakhouse. The food was not bad, but far from EPIC. I had the Ribeye and the wife had the Filet. Both were great cuts of meat, but lacking in taste. Too much garlic and I love garlic. Attention to detail is lacking at this place. Big and Pricey does not equal delicious. I was disappointed it was average.

Dining at Epic is a tradition that my partner and I love sharing when celebrating an important day. As always, the food was delicious, the service was excellent. Our wonderful server Ms. Olivia was courteous, and met all of our needs for the evening. Not only was she able to accommodate us during a busy Saturday, at times it felt as if she read our minds. I forever appreciate a server who is dedicated to ensuring their guests’ night is perfect; that server tonight was Ms. Olivia. She greeted us with a lovely smile every time she visited our table; a delightful personality overall.
The only improvement to the night would have been if we were able to sit inside the restaurant. The outdoor patio is lovely, but can be a bit more rowdy at times when you are celebrating an event. While we did agree to the outdoor seating once we arrived at the restaurant, we specifically called and reserved a spot for inside dining. Although we understand that Saturdays nights can be hectic, we expected indoor seating would be available; as that was what was promised when making the reservation.
However, the evening Ms. Olivia provided to us outdid our expectations. I thank Ms. Olivia for the wonderful work tonight!

Food and table server service was excellent. We were put off by a couple things - restaurant was busy but we had to wait 25 minutes after our reservation time to be seated and they made no attempt to give us the window table we had asked for in our reservation and in a subsequent phone call (celebration of a wedding anniversary) or even mentioned it. Not a necessity clearly but competitive high quality restaurants do this better e.g. making you at least feel important. Other thing is they do not offer free bread at all or a free dessert for a special occasion. Again, not a necessity but it drops this restaurant a notch below competition who does this better. Food quality for the money was very good so we would go back but not for a special occasion.

Always a special time at Epic. The food is fantastic and the service is spot on. They do a great job accommodating one with celiac disease.

Our server, Kioana, was attentive and kind. The food was excellent...ribeye and Brussels sprouts cooked perfectly. It was very noisy inside, but the outside patio offered a great alternative. Love this place!
