The healthy shakes at Fort Mill Nutrition are absolutely amazing! The owner and staff members are personable and makes it easy for you to try new shakes and teas. I would highly recommend this place for a meal replacement or snack!
FM nutrition teas are so good for you , 24 calories, natural caffeine for an energy boost and taste delicious ! They have flavors for everyone . My favorite is the messages on the cups . Everyone is so nice there and Ginger truly cares about her clients and strives to help everyone reach their personal goals.
