Customer service non-existent. Employees seem to be on drugs?? Took over 25min for 3 smoothies. Quality and taste of smoothies was horrid. Threw everything in trash. Very dirty with items falling off the walls. Dirty unmanaged machines. Steer clear!
In this place the workers play with people’s time and money making them wait as long as they decide and then in the end they say that they do not have the product to place the orders! A responsible manager is completely missing

I have been a big fan of Jamba for years, I have recently moved to the area and I gotta say, this Jamba exceeded my expectations from previous visits in different locations. Service is great, although most employees are young, I highly respect the fact that they gave them a hand on learning about the service industry.
