Since I had to use the library (Rockhill closed) I wanted my usual meatballs (get them in Rh) but these were so miniature I gasped 😕 and when I tried to order meatball Parmesan w/out pasta or bread they lost their shit. I had to explain for 3mins (I'm black) the 2 girls behind me were mortified the register popped out I didn't touch it in case something ended up missing and the chef charged me extra for sauce and cheese. Won't be going back. Messy.

We tried Fratelli Ristorante & Pizzeria for the first time today. We had a pizza and a salad. We had the salad special with gorgonzola cheese with apples. Paired with the balsamic dressing it was delicious. The pizza was the best we have had in the eight years we have been here. The crust was cookef perfectly, the sauce was not bitter and the cheese was flavorful. We also took a vegan pie home for our daughter and she said it was great. We are from CT and this pizza was as good as we would get there. I highly recommend that you try Fratelli if you want excellent pizza!

OMG! Service was unbelievably horrific. Food is so overpriced and tasted like it was just microwaved. Owner/Manager was rude. I can not imagine coming back here again.
We were with a group at four tables with at least 20 people. We had excellent service excellent food and it was just a wonderful experience for everybody. I has the salmon. I checked and it was wild caught and cooked to perfection. My husband had a manicotti with Bolognese Bolognese sauce, which was absolutely delicious and other people had the Parmesan chicken and that was also delicious. There were no complaints about anything. Everything was just wonderful. I would definitely go there again. I’d even think about moving to Fort Mill just so we could go there!

First, what kind of Italian restaurant doesn’t serve bread, when asked for bread for the table they said OK and it never came. Expensive and no bread, sad. Second, service was terrible, place wasn’t busy and took forever to get any food. My wife had simple pasta no meat, I ordered a personal pizza. It took 30 min for the pasta and sauce and the pizza didn’t come out for another 15 min, by which time my wife was half done with her past!
Food is pretty good, otherwise would have been 1 star, but the experience, inattentive wait staff and high prices for bad experience ruins it completely. this was our 3rd time there, previous 2 were similar, meh, gave it one more try, I will never go back
