I never do this but had to this time. Waited over an hour and half for a pizza that had burnt pepperoni.

Had a great oven-fired Italian pizza using very fresh, authentic and imported ingredients. Most everything is made in-house and the pizza sauce was well done. Salad and homemade dressing was tasty. The imported gelato was a surprise.

Cody was great! As a manager, he was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to resolve my issues. The best customer service I’ve experienced.

Stopped by today for a quick salad…had the Italian chopped salad with pepperoni added…it was good, would get it again. A little pricey for the small amount I got….but Arugula is one of my faves…

Lack of consistency. From the dough to amount of cheese you just don’t know what you will get. This was one of the first places we ate at when we moved to the area, we enjoyed the wood fired crusty pizza enough to return. We have tried various pizzas but always include Margherita and/or pepperoni most of the time. Always sure to ask for a well done pizza in the hope the pizza is at least fully cooked. Willing to accept the variations, but this last time they could not even get the Margherita right. See pic below… come on Inizio you can do better.

We had a mishap happen to our order and the way Dakota and his team responded was Legendary. He went above and beyond to fix the issue and it really showed that he cared. Me and my family really appreciated how he handled the situation and I just want to say thank you again. Can’t wait to our next visit because the pizza is always amazing!!!!!

This is a solid pie. I got the Rafael with pepporoni with a side of ranch as recommended by the cashier.
The pizza was wood fired, had the perfect amount of char on the bottom. It could have came out slightly more crispy, it had less structure and undercarriage than I prefer, but for the $20 price point, I wasn’t let down. If you have a craving for pizza this place is a good spot to check out. Friendly staff and a nice patio to enjoy your meal.

This place is a joke. I got ripped off by spending more than $100 for some inedible stuff. They claim to serve Neapolitan pizza, but instead you get some soggy, tasteless dough with some cheese sprinkled on top. It is one of the worst pizzas I have ever had in the last 20 years.

Best pizza in the Carolinas . I'm not sure what they're putting in the crust but it's absolutely sinful. Consistently delicious.

The pizza isn't that great, it's expensive, and you don't really get much toppings for the price. $38 plus tax for a large pizza and 2 beers is ridiculous. Been wanting to try this place, tried it, wont be back. I'll stick to Off The Tracks when I want beer and pizza.
