Despite these issues, the management has received high praise. The manager, Melodie, was fantastic and very nice, clearly explaining why the kitchen closes early. She offered a smart workaround for ordering Sesame Chicken through the app. Another employee, Ben, was patient, polite, and helpful. Their excellent customer service turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience, making the location deserving of 5 stars.
