Panda express on its own is good. But this place is special. The staff does an excellent job of preparing the food, super fresh and super good, consistently. Nice job team.
I am always greeted when I walk in to this restaurant, what an amazing job the staff is doing by getting people orders right and on time, Zach and the rest of the (I assume evening shift) group were awesome.
This was our first time going to this location. This is now my favorite Panda because the food was FANTASTIC and the service was GREAT as well.

Based on the reviews, Panda Express is a restaurant with consistently great food that is solid and fairly priced. The service is often fast, friendly, and professional, with a warm welcome for regulars. The building looks fantastic, and it is a great fast casual restaurant for the community.
However, the experience can be a hit or miss. Some customers have faced poor attitudes from teenage staff who lack customer service, including long waits in the Drive-Thru and being ignored when asking for sauce. There is also a complaint about being charged a 10% sales tax on mobile orders when the local rate is 8%.
Despite these issues, the management has received high praise. The manager, Melodie, was fantastic and very nice, clearly explaining why the kitchen closes early. She offered a smart workaround for ordering Sesame Chicken through the app. Another employee, Ben, was patient, polite, and helpful. Their excellent customer service turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience, making the location deserving of 5 stars.
