“Very pleasantly surprised. Some of these 1 stars are a little wild if you ask me. Have you eaten food in Charlotte? LOL. Anyways, onto my review. Our host was pleasant and greeted us within a few seconds of arriving and sat us. The bench was a little dirty but the table was clean. Our waitress was a sweetheart and took great care of us. She said the bisque was good so we got a cup of that and the toasted ravioli to start.Wow was the marinara delish!! WOW! The bisque was absolutely so good BUT it was cool for some reason, not sure if it was meant to be or not. Still we gobbled the whole thing up. It had aged shaved parm on top and it was just so good. For our mains, we got the french dip (delish!) which came with melty parmesan cheese on top of a soft roll and au jus. The salad was fresh and the homemade ranch was great. The serving sizes were large! I ended up taking my half of sandwich home and it was just as good the next day!My husband got the cast iron beef tenderloin with sun-dried tomato bacon jam (best part if you ask me). The parmesan green beans were covered in a creamy parmesan sauce- honestly, guys I would just do a light parmesan with this and some butter and/or salt and pepper, the 'loadedness' of the parm sauce for us was too much. the sweet potato corn hash was a little weird. I would have liked to have seen more 'hash-ness' as far as texture goes, but NOT bad, just different. The location is absolutely adorable. Ample off street parking just a stones throw away from where you are sitting and a beautiful patio area.Food service was a little slow. We were there late afternoon on Sunday and it took us a little over an hour BUT we didn't mind because its a very cute location and it's nice to just sit and enjoy each others company.Oh and our waitress made me a fresh pot of coffee. Like I said, very thoughtful and sweet. Will be back!“
“Really cute place. They have a nice selection of paints and minis. A monstrous assortment of board games. Really fun dice and various pluahies and geeky merch. The atmosphere was honey. The store is kinda small, and it was packed with people playing games, though there was a back room for gaming also. Everyone was friendly and nice. Parking was a bit annoying, but that's to be expected in the middle of town. I really liked it here and will go back.“
“If you are looking for good wings in Rock Hill I'd recommend giving Rock City Tavern a try. They got my take out order exactly right (I like them crispy) and they were friendly, and fast. Wings were large and flavors were on point. I'll definitely order wings from them again. Also want to try some of the rest of their menu based on how good the wings were.“
“We have always had a great time at Copper Pub! Food is solid, and Service is great. Overall a clean and nice resturaunt. I will note that they have some of the BEST wings I have ever had. The lemon pepper wings are awesome. I think they bake them and then fry them (or visa versa) to get them super crispy.“
“A Casual night at The Casual Pint! This was our incredible experience in this bar that has become the meeting point for us in Rivergate! They have a selection of 35 craft beers that vary regularly giving a wide range of flavors and experiences from different state and national breweries! The food was simply fantastic! With a Bar menu, our wings were fantastic along with our wraps and salad. I want to highlight the service of our waitress Heili R who gave us the best treatment to date. Always smiling, she made sure our dog had water and even a milkybone treat for her! The food came out perfect and without waiting! Totally recommended for a casual night!“
“took out my friends last week to celebrate and had a 10/10 experience. our waitress kris made our experience very enjoyable and personable! she recommended the avocado chicken wrap/brussel sprouts and it was delicious, as well as a impeccable atmosphere to top! will definitely be back and asking for kris!!“
“Excellent service and food! The outdoor seating is comfortable and dog friendly. The prices are a little on the higher end, especially for the drinks. The nachos were outstanding! Thin chips, tons of flavorful cheese, and all the nacho fixings. We split the Juicy Lucy. The beef was indeed juicy, simply flavored, and perfectly cooked. We also tried the wild mushroom pizza. This was a big miss. It lacked flavor, except for the overwhelming taste of truffle oil. The bread pudding was for dessert. It was sweet, sticky, and satisfying.“
“I am from the St. Louis area. We had snacks there, while we watched the Chiefs win. I want to express how warm and friendly the wait staff were. Service was great. Snacks were wonderful. But, the chicken tenders were phenomenal. I bit into my first one and WOW, BEST TENDERS I have tasted.“
