absolutely aweful.. i dont understand how people are rating it well. i even tried it twice just to make sure it wasnt bad luck the first time. we dined in and literally everything about the experiemce was bad. the service felt like we were ghosts, took forever and it wasnt even busy, and they were impossible to understand and vice versa, then after all that the food was literally grocery store/mall level at best. forget 3rd time is the charm i wont be back
We have been loyal customers since the launch in Fort Mill, we order the same items a few times a month but lately we've noticed the portion sizes have significantly decreased, and the prices have increased. Disappointed to say the least, we understand food prices are rising but we would appreciate receiving consistent portions. Konnichiwa will be removed from our takeout options.
First time coming here and it was amazing. Fresh hot and delicious food. But what impressed me most was the atmosphere and employees! Super attentive and friendly. Made me feel right at home. Highly recommend!!
