Try the battered cod sandwich! Real cod! Not some "similar" fish like pangasius. I always sit at the bar so I can't speak for the table service, but fyi for some other reviewers - it's an ENGLISH Pub.
Decent English themed restaurant/bar. As far as restaurants go this is my type of place. Made to look like an old pub and nestled in the muddle of Baxter village six pence is a nice little spot. It's a small chain with a couple other locations. The fish and chips are generally what I get when I go there which is a battered cod and round fried potatoes.
