Whoever was working as the hostess on Saturday night, November 8th with blonde hair seriously needs a reality check. The attitude I got from her was completely unacceptable. I came in just to pick up my food, and she managed to make the entire experience uncomfortable and embarrassing with how rude and dismissive she was. If this is the kind of person representing your restaurant, it really says a lot about how little you care about customer service. Do better.

So im not one to dump on someone for no reason.. I had 2 drinks here the one was great the food was good the burger anyway. I don't really eat wild lettuce.. but they served me a Shirley Temple and that's fine I liked it.. but then they served me my Angeline Sonoma.. it was BAD in the same day I had a horrible headache my stomach was in knots and I was super nauseous oh did I mention I couldn't hold it down? Never going here again.. I don't care how bad you need tips you can't poison your customer like that..

I order from Spice regularly and came in today to place a lunch order. Although there is special lunch pricing listed on the physical menu and online, I was charged normal pricing. Taco trio $15 Spice Fried Rice (veggie) $18
Lunch menu shows $14 for each of these and $13 online.
When I pointed it out to the young lady taking my order, her response was the higher pricing was correct and she wasn't sure why the menus have not been updated.
I pressed a bit given the advertised prices are different but no concession was made.
I will not be patronizing this restaurant for lunch anymore. I will also be sharing my experience with my co-workers at LPL.

Everyone enjoyed the food; my bibimbap was excellent. Great food, great service, cool spot for a late dinner for our two families after a long day at Carowinds. Highly recommended.
First, I want to start by saying we have been going to spice for years and the food never disappoints! We have always enjoyed everything we order. The roti cani, green curry with chicken, and Kaw pow chicken have been our go tos recently. If you’ve never had the spicy tuna rice crips do it they’re delicious as well as their bulgolgi.
Anyways the main reason I’m posting this is because I got takeout last night and didn’t check the bag until I got home. Unfortunately, the roti rani was left off of our order so I called to just let them know to see if we could get it taken off our bill. But instead he (I can’t remember the workers name so sorry) offered to bring it to our house!!!! And he did!!! What incredible customer service!!!! We enjoyed our dinner as always, and spice got a customer for life!!!

Nice place.. decent food. Servers are always nice. I've tried different things and almost like all of them. I haven't been able to ever get on the roof top yet. Seems difficult to get that seating.

This is the first review I have ever left and it is more than deserved. We have been going to Spice for years now and have never had a bad experience. The food, drinks, and atmosphere are always great. What we have recently experienced, is that their customer service is top notch. A simple mistake was made and it was quickly rectified beyond belief. We are very thankful and appreciative for the effort to go well above and beyond great customer service. If you haven’t gone to Spice yet, you are doing yourself a disservice.

Food is wonderful and unique. Service is FAST every time I come here. It is pretty inside, but feels crowded. The rooftop is fun, but too hot in the summer.

Great food but seems to be a consistent issue with either payment, correct order… basically anything to do with you not eating in their restaurant. This is not the first time that something has happened with regards to picking up from them. And the girl at the front is super unpleasant by the way! I Called in an order, came in to pick up and they had given my food to someone else with my same name and exact same order!! Hmmm… 🤔 Then they said they would discount the meal that I was now going to have to wait on to have remade and when I pay for it, there is a balance left that I have to also take care of! The issue was that the person decided to lessen the discount that they initially planned to give me at the exact same time that I was paying for it. Lol.. all of these weird coincidences. Anywho.. advice is to just eat there and skip the take out and do your math when paying for it!

The food was really good. Unfortunately the service was pretty upsetting. I sat at the bar 2hrs before they closed and ordered 1 cocktail (was made right) and order two appetizers. The bartender could have cared less about my experience. Did not check on me once unlike the others surrounding me giving them a more personable experience. I probably won’t be back and just go into Charlotte for Asian food!

Food has been delicious.. can’t complain about food but last two times consistent carelessness has been noted. While we dined in there last week they gave us a table surrounded rice on the floor which was not cleaned yet and served us a cracked glass filled of water l. Had to point everything out to the waiter. Today got takeout and while I was eating it I felt thjs piece of plastic from my mouth… luckily I didn’t swallow it. This carelessness is dangerous to our well being and I just don’t trust their service to go there anymore.
