Nobody was behind me in the drive though and my daughtee decided last minute she wanted a drink they wouldn't even ring them up separately made me drive though the drive though again never in my life have a had such a bad experience!!!! Definitely wont be visiting this one again!!!!

This was my second time visiting this establishment within 3 yrs (I come when visiting my sister) and not only was my two grande lattes made perfectly the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. The employee at the drive-thru was extremely helpful and made sure my order was accurate prior to me driving away. It is not just the coffee that has me as a loyal customer but it is also the employees that take their time to ensure I get EXACTLY what I ordered with a smile & an AMAZING greeting. Thank you so much to the lady that worked Drive-thru Fri. 3/28/25 between noon & 5. This lady ROCKS!

This location is so hit or miss. I typically order on the app pretty well in advance and wait for it to turn to ready to go, but itâs like a 5% chance my drink is actually ready when I get in there, despite the update on my order being âready to goâ. I feel like my drinks are rarely made correctly. The staff isnât friendly at all.
Honestly I wouldnât even waste my time going there, if you have to be somewhere in a timely matter they watch you walk in and just look at you they donât greet you or anything I was picking up a delivery despite them being busy and have a full drive thru I sat there for about 15 minutes without being greeted or asked what the name of my order was, I tried to give them time to slow their rush down and actually pay attention to the customers in the lobby but still nothing so I finally asked one of the workers what was the eta on my pickup and he said is it delivery and I responded yes and he said oh itâs over there, mind you âover thereâ was way in the corner on the other side of the building not in customers view at all nor was there a sign specifying that delivery orders were to be picked up on that side instead of where the pickup sign is.I felt very frustrated having to sit there for almost 25 minutes and the order was sitting there the whole time, I just feel like if i would have been greeted shortly after walking in and asked what the name was all of this could have been avoided, I know for sure I wonât be back and hopefully I wonât have anymore orders to pick up there.

Just a suggestion if there is a puppy in the vehicle they are aware that food comes from the drive-thru and wait eagerly... acknowledge their presence the driver should not have to ask for a pup cup.... consider appropriate sizes also i.e pomeranian vs bull mastiff ijs chuck will eat theThat lil cup and not even blink

Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic doors would be nice if added for the solo customer
