they didn’t ask for my size and they just gave me a small sized one and made me pay for a VENTI. when i asked why and how much the small ones cost the person said “idk from the top of my head but we don’t offer re funds so you’ll have to order a new one” never going here again. horrible costumer service.

Asked for a grande and was given a tall. when I asked the lady at the window about the drink, she told me that my obviously tall drink was a grande. She also forgot to put creamer on my drink.

After a busy morning of exploring Lancaster County, I stopped in Harris Teeter for a quick shop and on the way out, stopped at this Starbucks for a "tall drip coffee with room."Service was friendly and quick, coffee was a bit watered down today. Maybe not the usual amount of grounds to make the urn? I've had better.They have a single cooler with highlights of the Starbucks pastries and sandwiches. The store also sells all the Starbucks merchandise. They don't have their own wifi, you're on HT's network here.This store does not have a drive through.[Review 13666 overall, 985 of 2020, number 621 in South Carolina.]
