The Improper Pig @ Fort Mill

Best BBQ in the Fort Mill and Charlotte area! The bao bun sliders are my favorite. They are a fun twist on BBQ, providing a new way to enjoy BBQ. Another favorite is their spicy green beans. Improper pig is a great option for catering as well. We have catered pulled pork twice for events and it has been a great experience.

Got food poisoning from the half chicken. Somehow it was both dry and under cooked. Additionally it's very overpriced for what you get.

Food is semi-ok but was very cold, no idea why they are serving on metal trays that are ice cold that just sucks out the heat of the food. They have 1 ok bbq sauce. All in all definitely not worth the $30 spent.

The Improper Pig has become my favorite BBQ destination. A 'Must Stop' every time I'm in town. The meats, beef, pork chicken and sausage are all excellent prepared and super tasty. The sauce selection keeps big grins on everyone in our party. The staff is super friendly and very helpful.

Went to lunch with my co-workers it's my 1st time here. It was awesome the food was hot and delicious I had the fort mill plate with house slaw and jalapeño grits I would highly recommend Improper Pig our waitress was awesome customer service was as excellent as the food.

We got the improper charcuterie & the side tray. Great food. Returned for takeout several times since The Gourmet Sides (spicy green beans, sweet potato casserole, mac n cheese, Caesar salad) are out of this world.

The basic burger is not basic. It is the best burger, hands down, by far the best burger on the planet. I've had their burger numerous times, and it's perfect every single time. Their brisket is awesome, and the pork rolls are devine. If you haven't tried this place out yet, shame on you.

Yes and double yes! Their menu makes you have a complex because you want to order half of it at a time. So many difficult choices, but the food really makes your taste buds do a happy dance. Bring it on!

Such a gem we have here in downtown fort mill. The food is delicious and the people working there are polite and very friendly. Highly recommend.
