Atmosphere is terrific. Choose the deck if you have young kids as there's an enclosed grassy area for them to play.Food is a bit hit or miss. Loved the fried pimento cheese. The toppings on my Carolina burger (especially the buttermilk-fried bacon) were delicious. But the burger patty itself was nothing special. The toppings are definitely the good part.Kid-friendliness: Outdoors is very kid-friendly, including the servers.
We've eaten here a few times before but today was the last. Walked in and was told to sit anywhere and they'd bring menus right over. Its Monday, maybe 4 tables had people. Fifteen minutes later no one came. We walked out. We went elsewhere. Too many other places to eat. We tried Carolina Ale Hpuse.....much better! Why did we wait 15 minutes?

We are here from western Tennessee visiting our son and daughter-in-law. We went to Hobo's last night for dinner.The place is unique in several ways . It is located in an old brick corner building in downtown Fort Mill with ample parking in the back.
