Great food, Great beer, wonderful service!
The Improper Pig, Fort Mill is my favorite restaurant in the Charlotte area. The pork, brisket, spicy green beans and hush puppies are our favorites though everything we have tried has been delicious. When I have visitors from out of town I always bring them to the The Improper Pig - Fort Mill, SC as was the case a week ago when my guest said it was "the absolute best bbq pork he had ever tasted!". I have been here a couple of times with my friends and always had great food and had ordered the nachos and hushpuppies and they were very good. Tonight I took my husband for the first time. I wanted to try somethimg different and ordered the burger and I ordered well done with hushpuppies and so disappointing my burger was raw and my hushpuppies were cold.
