The drive thru is absolutely atrocious you will regularly have a 20-30min wait when they aren't busy how can corporate allow this wendys to be this bad this long. Going on 15min today (final time was 32 min me and one other car got served 8 cars pulled off) and 29min the other day. Dm Christan dosen't seem to think this is worth her time will update if she returns the call.

Hands down the worst Wendy's I've ever been to rude rude rude rude I purchased one of their tags for free Frosty for a year in the lady in the Drive-Thru was so put out she rolled her eyes and just it just walked away from me it was like I made her mad for purchasing it and wanting one Wendy's is the worst fast food restaurant by far I've been to and I doordash

Went to Wendy’s on 03/30/24 at 8:30 am no one was there to take orders went through drive thru and door several people was there also they are always slow you need to close this location

Where do you get these new workers who look unclean, sloppy.....And the just throw your food together.....So your food looks as sloppy as the employees do....Sloppy workers, sloppy food.....slop, slop, slop!

Sat in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes with nobody in line.. watched a couple cars pull off cause they were sick of waiting. Came inside and the manager said hold on then all 3 people working walked off and never came back. This place may have the doors unlocked for breakfast but nobody there is working at breakfast. Don't bother.

They have signs plastered all over the store that they’re open at 6:30am for breakfast yet EVERY TIME I’m here at 6:30am, the lights are on but no one is working. I pulled around to the drive thru and saw the morning employee inside and when I got her attention for her to hopefully take my order, she made eye contact, and continued washing dishes or whatever it is she was doing.As others have mentioned, they also get the orders wrong quite regularly as well.It’s unfortunate it’s the only Wendy’s nearby. But I will NOT be returning.

0 Stars! Everyone should stop coming to this Wendy’s and just let them shut down. The owner doesn’t care and neither do the workers. Let another restaurant take over. This Wendy’s has been HORRIBLE for years!! Just ordered lunch ,got to the restaurant in 25minutes. I sat in line for 12 minutes, finally get to the window & the guy tells me he can’t find my order “it must be delayed.

Late night, audio problems with the drive

Great service, but they messed up my order. Even when I got to the window, he repeated correctly, and when I pulled off, it was messed up, I could have had an allergic reaction, so I did not eat my food. But the service was great. Those workers before would always say they're closed, the system was down, wouldn't answer on the speaker ( you would see them inside sitting down on the phones), or only taking cash. I'm glad they have hired new staff to keep this business open!
