Wow, I was in the inside line with one person in front of me. Waited 20 minutes without even a word from the staff. So I asked "do I have to be in the drive through to get service" Just received a dirty glare from the staff and the whole inside line left. Most likely you just lost $300 or more, I had 3 cards from my coworkers so I had at least $100 in just my orders. Went to Zaxbys down the street best decision. Fountain Inn Bojangles is garbage
this store seems to always be understaffed. food quality is fine but there is always, always, always a ridiculous wait and drive thru wrapped around the building.
Slowest place I think I have ever been. 2-biscuits and a drink. They don’t have their act together and not very friendly either.
