The drive thru worker did not seem to understand what a meal was and that it comes with fries and a drink. We waited 7 minutes in the drive thru at the window until the food was done, all we ordered was two tenders meals. The fries were leathery, but the chicken and biscuit were AMAZING.

Drive-thru girl never said anything when handing food said thank you have great day to her and all she did was look. Speaking and smiling and acting like you like your job goes a long ways in fast food.

The chicken was good. Cooked just right. But the price was ridiculous. A 3 piece snack with a biscuit. 3 pieces of chicken and 1 biscuit cost almost $9! Never again. Also, the bathroom floors were sticky and not very clean. Makes one wonder what the kitchen area is like.

We attempted to have lunch here on Sunday. Waited at the register for over 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. One poor man was attempting to take and fill orders by himself, despite the fact that the after church lunch rush was beginning, while we could see seven other employees standing with their arms crossed in the back area, carrying on a conversation. There were no cars in the drive through at the time. The man who was actually working had to ask the others repeatedly whenever he ran out of anything before they would even hand him another batch of biscuits or whatever. When we ended up leaving because we had someplace we needed to be, he was the only one who acknowledged that they were losing customers. Definitely a poor business model at this location.

The drive through was efficient, the staff was super friendly when we were there. We did have to wait for the hash browns but it was worth it to have fresh hot food. Sure enough everything was hot and fresh and just what we needed. Anymore it is hard to find good customer service like really good customer service but these folks provided it.Parking: This place had plenty of parking.

Been to this location multiple times. They go to fast here and don't take pride in their work. My simple egg and cheese biscuit was poorly put together, I got lucky this time where the biscuit wasn't burnt. Half the time the chicken is burnt or overcooked. My husband had ordered fries with his meal. Get home and no fries are in his box.
