Our most popular dinner. Big 6 oz serving of wood-smoked fresh chopped pork. Comes with your choice of 2 side items and bread.
Pork Sandwich Plate
Large seeded bun loaded with 4 oz of fresh chopped pork. Comes with your choice of 2 side items and bread.
Combo Plate
Try both of our most popular items together. 1/4 smoked chicken and a hefty 4 oz serving of chopped pork. Comes with your choice of 2 side items and bread.
Rib Dinner
A half rack of hickory smoked ribs served with a choice of 2 sides and a drink.
Rib Combo Plate
1/4 rack of our smoked fall off the bone ribs with a hefty 4 oz serving of chopped pork or 1/4 chicken. Comes with your choice of 2 side items and bread.
Light Plate
Great for seniors or smaller eater. Choice of 4 oz chopped pork or 1/4 smoked chicken. Comes with your choice of 2 side items and bread.
Sampler Plate
3 oz serving of pork, 1/4 chicken, and 2 large ribs with your choice of 2 side items and bread.
Rib Snack Plate
3 big st louis ribs. Comes with your choice of 2 side items and bread.

Bulk Menu
St Louis Style Ribs
We start with full racks of fresh st louis ribs. We hand rub with our seasoning and cook with hickory wood for about 4-5 hours till they just fall off the bone.
Chopped Pork
Fresh pork never frozen. Hand rubbed with our secret seasoning and smoked 16-18 hours with hickory wood coals. Hand pulled then lightly chopped. Includes 6oz sauce per pound.
Whole Smoked Boston Butt
Fresh pork boston butt hand rubbed with our secret seasoning and smoked 16-18 hours. You chop it when you're ready to eat. this is perfect for freezing. Average 5 – 6 pounds.

Sauces and Seasonings
Mustard Base
Our mustard base sauce is a perfect blend of mustard, vinegar, sugar, and peppers with a few secrets to give it a just right sweet taste for cooked meats. Mild with a sweet mustard taste. All made from our very own recipe and made fresh daily at each of our stores.
Hot Pepper Vinegar
This hot pepper blend is a favorite among barbecue lovers. We make it with freshly ground habanera and jalapeno peppers. We blend these together with a special vinegar sauce to give a spicy taste without the burn.
Tomato Base
Our tomato base is a mild blend of tomato, vinegar, sugar, pepper, and a few secret things to make it a perfect topping for any type cooked meat. Mild with a little vinegar kick. All made from our very own recipe and made fresh daily at each of our stores.
Rub Seasoning
Our very own mixture of special seasonings. We use these to rub our meat before smoking. Use for grilling out or just for seasoning your own steaks or burgers. All made from our very own recipe and made fresh daily at each of our stores.

when i tell you i went in there to get a humble sandwich, i was NOT expecting to literally be shadow blasted to heaven by the first bite. the lady at the counter called me baby more times than i can count and when i tell you i felt LOVED. lord above this place got me dancing halfway through the sandwich it was like a broadway show up in my kitchen YALLLLL it was so good im still eating it rn but i had to stop just to talk about how GOOD it is

Great tasting food. Absolutely loved the sweet potato crunch, it was so good we got a large size of it to go. Pork had good smoke flavor and the red bbq sauce we really liked, a bit sweet and tangy. I'll go back.

The food is excellent and the portions are extremely generous. Staff is friendly. Atmosphere is relaxing. Perfect joint for catching up with an old pal or spending your lunch break.
