I really don't know how this place is still in business. Went by to grab breakfast on the way home. Cars were lined up around the building. Thinking, ok, I'll just go inside. After standing at the counter for 15 minutes as employees walked past countless times and not offering to help.. (But the drive through was getting all the attention) I decided to go through the drive through myself... Only to be greeted at the order window with "It'll be 15 minutes before biscuits are ready and we can only except cash!" Seriously!!! Don't think I'll be going back any time soon!!

By far worst stocked Hardee's in Greenville, food is usually great, WHEN THEY HAVE IT.. never before have i been to any other fastfood place especially one known for breakfast, and NOT have BISCUITS or HASH BROWNS, and it happens quite literally more than a handful of times a month! Clearly the person that prepared this has no standards. If the meal was incorrect, I definitely would have reached out but obviously quality is not important so I won’t even bother. It even tasted old. The people working there are clearly old enough to know better. They just don’t care.

Retarded manager that ask if you want a combo and doesn’t tell you what come with it then rush you with the rest of your order. And then decide she wasn’t done asking me if I didn’t hear her or something and then proceeded to tell me to wake up. Childish manager couldn’t imagine having to deal with all then customers and a crazy manager at the same time props to the other workers.
The biscuit & gravy never have any sausage but it’s good. I usually only come here when McDs stops servicing bkfst on the wknds. The one lady that works is drive is hilarious. She’s very social.
