Let’s just say we all expect Starbucks to be better than this, flies everywhere in the bakery counter .As a lot of my reviews of our beloved Starbucks are always positive and spot on excellent. This is why I was so stocked to see this condition in a ( New) Starbucks! We tried to bring it to the attention to the cashier but they just seemed not to consider about it? Again, I know that Starbucks are far better than this, We spend a lot of time on the road cycling and are always looking for our Starbucks ❤️The service was still great just had issues with the bakery counter.

Great service but my drink did not taste right and it’s so simple. Iced blonde vanilla latte with extra syrup and all I taste is the espresso! I’ve orders it many times at other locations and it taste great but the one from this location was way too strong and tasted nothing like the ones I’ve gotten from other locations.

Worst Starbucks EVER. Customer service , speed of service , everything is just bad. From now on im just going to avoid the annoyance they provide every time I order there and go out of my way to Simpsonville when I'm in this area. None of the Greenville Starbucks are this incompetent.

Need to start doing better with order management. 30 mins for a mobile order is ridiculous!!!! But not surprised to walk in and the area is a disorganized mess and floors are filthy.

Shout out to the amazing staff at the Starbucks Fountain Inn location! My car died in the drive thru and they were incredibly kind and gracious about the situation. A staff member brought her car around to jump mine while another employee talked to my kiddos through the window to keep them entertained. The entire thing was over in less than 10 minutes but I truly appreciated how helpful they were in a less than ideal moment. This was Tuesday, 3/25/25 a little after 7AM so if corporate reads these reviews, please appreciate your team that was working this morning. They’re good ones!
