I’m sure she was probably stressed as she seemed to be the only employee on shift but she was rude and wouldnt allow me 5 seconds to ask a question before essentially rushing me out of the store as I was a Dasher but would’ve also liked to order a sandwich but I guess not. This was on a Sunday in the afternoon so avoid on this day around this time :(

Tonight “Wednesday” around 8:20pm I was helped by a young lady darker complexion than her associate. She was extremely kind and helpful. I wish I would have got her name for this review. The subs are outstanding as the service was. Thank you so much and keep up the awesome service.

Horrible experience! I was told to wait at the drive through and after no one responded within a few minutes I pulled to the window to see the worker with the headset on her cell phone walking to the back. No other customers were at the store being serviced at the time. Another employee so happened to walk by and see me at the window. I was told to wait before I could order so she can finish her conversation on the phone.

Took 15-20 minutes to take my order and make my sandwich at the drive through and I was the only and first one.. Then to get home and realize they gave me an entirely different sub from what I ordered. Fountain inn fast food service sucks.

Weird energy from the workers there. Didn't seem friendly and was rude when I told them my fountain drink tasted off. Basically gaslighting me like I did something wrong. Wouldn't recommend.

We just left this restaurant because we were literally yelled at by the “sandwich artist “that was working there. At first, we couldn’t tell whether she was talking to us or her headset because she was quite distracted.

Turns out that she was not only talking to us, but yelling at us. A pity, her bad day bleeds in to giving customers a bad day as well.

My wife ❤️ went in the other day to pick up our order and brought it back home, and one of our subs was made incorrectly. She called and a girl picked up the phone with a lisp and sat there and yelled at my wife to just bring the subs in. 😒😒 So she heads back and the girl refused to come out from the back… but this other girl was forced to clean up the mess she made 🧐, very sweet and patient, had shown my wife how to operate the app to avoid such a small thing. ☹️ My wife even went to tip her and she refused💯💯💯!! This is the stuff we need in our community. That poor little girl had to clean up that girls mess. Hire 👏 better 👏 people 👏

Does not have manager on site, just crew members. Crew members are very rude and stand offish to certain individuals. They were not busy had no one in line I waited 25 min to get my order. Ask to speak to manager they said they don’t do that. Long story short I recorded the whole seen and ask for a refund even that was a problem. Won’t be getting no more of my money at this specific location I will Fri e the extra mile to have better service for food

This is the third time I’ve been to this location. I will NOT go back. The bread is always terrible and looks like it’s been smashed. We had a BLT with our order that came with ONLY lettuce and tomato (second time that has happened). There were 3 girls in the restaurant when I picked up my order. 2 of them were very pleasant, but the other one was very rude. After I paid a 7$ for 2 mountain dews she rudely asked me if I would like my change back? Like, why wouldn’t I? Terrible experience, I love subway, but this location has some serious issues they need to figure out.

The second time I have gone all the way home only to find that the wrong sub was given to me. It wasn't even close. Must have been someone else's order. This is not happening again. Jersey Mike's is a little farther but that's where I'll go from now on.
