Do yourself a favor and stay away from their churros. The worst we ever had. They have that sour after taste like they were made in bad oil. We had to throw them away.

Just left with the order, and the 3 young ladies making the subs rocked it. Even messed up one and caught and corrected it themselves. Excellent service, incredibly done. Wish I could have tipped them more.

Ordered a salad via online for pick up and it was the best one yet!! Not sure who made it this evening but thank you so much! I’ve been told by other employees there that they can’t cut the veggies and meat up but this person did and it’s the little things that make people happy so thank you!!

In the past, I have ordered a flatbread pizza at a subway in the prisma health hospital of Greenville. It was just like a normal pizza in its own box! I enjoyed it and my girlfriend and I wanted to have one tonight. We went into our local subway in fountain inn and ordered the exact same thing as at the hospital. However, instead of a flatbread pizza, we got a pizza SANDWICH! They put sauce and cheese on one half, put it in the oven (which they overcooked my girlfriend’s pizza due to negligence), asked for the toppings AFTER it was cooked (meaning my girlfriend’s veggies were RAW), then FOLDED THE BREAD!!!!!! WHO WANTS A FOLDED PIZZA???? Having experienced the wonders of the flatbread pizza at a HOSPITAL subway no less, I am thoroughly disappointed and will be avoiding this subway in all future subway orders. In addition to my poor food experience, the workers were very distracted and seemed very disinterested in our orders because they were more worried about their Starbucks order that they were ordering and received in the middle of our order.

Stopped in for a late lunch and wasn't expecting much beyond the usual. I was pleasantly surprised this time because the service my fiancee and I received from Tim was above and beyond what we are used to at any fast food restaurant. He cared about the quality of order instead of just trying to get us out the door. Tim gave us a great experience and guaranteed us coming back the next time we want a quick lunch.

Visited this location to place an order. As I approached the counter the young lady working didn't acknowledge me in any way. I patiently waited. Then a second young lady comes to assist her and the two began debating who was going to take my order. This is my mindset- I come to get food not a showcase of willful ignorance nor sophomoric antics. Won't be back.

Decor is modern and the food is solid, but the staff that assisted me was extremely rude. I was having trouble with a coupon, from the $25 dollar holiday bonus, not scanning. Instead of trying to help me I was told the sub total multiple times to pay.

I was telling the young lady which sub was mine when her manager turns around & starts yelling at her the correct sub. I ask the young man to change is gloves for sanitary reasons & he did so with no hesitation or attitude. The manager catches an attitude with me & says something so apparently Subway does NOT have to be sanitary ?? After the young lady makes my sub correctly the manager toss it in the trash. I didn't realize Subway had money to just throw away like that. ..3 footlongs in the trash ? WOW I'm sure 3 homeless people could have eaten those. I feel sorry for the workers under her. Subway please get new management the employees under Dora or Doris whatever her name is deserve better treatment and customers should have their subs made correctly. Not sure if I received this type of treatment because I'm African American or because I had on pjs & she thought I was ghetto but either way it's unacceptable.

The sandwiches were fine. The jokers don't honor the coupons I got in the mail! If I can't use them at my closest Subway, why mail the to me? Charged me double price.
