I went as a chaperone on a trip for a school the food is very good the only bad thing was when my order was placed i don't think the gentleman understood maybe because of so many kids placing orders but my food was made wrong...well backwards but it was still very delicious. Definitely will go again just not when there is a field trip lol

I’ve been eating here consistently for the past 3 years, and I’ve never had a bad meal or experience. Their food is delicious, very well priced, and ready in minutes. The food portion and the quality of ingredients makes this joint one of the few places in the area where you can get a good meal at a very reasonable price, and it’s always consistent! 5 stars.

The food and service was great! The kids enjoyed the unlimited chips and salsa! Extensive menu, almost too many choices. You order at the register and they bring it to you. The unfortunate thing is there was many large cockroaches (dead) all over. They definitely need to do something about that.

Posting this at the Vaughns and Fountain Inn location as I ordered my catering through Fountain Inn.
Related to Catering experience only* I ordered catering through their online platform, fajita bar for 9 people-2 meats, rice, beans, and toppings. Paid in advance and that day sent an email confirming my pickup.
When I arrived, I was informed by the employee that my order was not there and they were not even capable of doing catering at this location. He looked at me dumbfounded as I showed him my email confirmation. I asked to speak to the manager and he gave me the number. I called 2x and left a VM. I emailed the catering liaison and asked her to urgently call me-I had people arriving in 1 hour.
I asked him to start prepping my order and then the manager called the employee, they found my order sitting near him! This took 30 minutes. The manager never bothered to call me back. The catering liaison told me she does not work for the company and is a 3rd party worker.
When I arrived home I realized the portions of my order were too small. I was in shock when I realized how little meat, rice, and veggies I had. The catering liaison told me the manager said they do "3 portions of chicken, 3 portions of steak, and 3 portions of veggies" despite me paying for 9 individual meals. I asked for more food to be delivered and they told me I had to pick it up or I would get a partial refund.
24 hours later, no one from the company has bothered to reach out to me. I received an email that a portion of my order had been refunded.
I do not recommend catering here and the customer service is definitely not work re-trying.

They were super unfriendly from the time we walked in, and on top that there was a ROACH on my plate when it was served to me. A ROACH. And they literally couldn’t care less. Do not go there people.

Service was good but tacos lacked flavor, too bland. Only taco joint that I've been to that doesn't serve salsa with their chips. Most people don't wanna have to get up and get their salsa...that's why they go out to eat lol.

Very good food and service. The menu has a good variety of items, not always found at other Mexican restaurants.
Simple set up, fast service, delicious steak quesadillas. I also Like the horchata. My wife and I do date nights, and some lunches here.

The food was decent. The taco bowl and the chorizo queso were really good. They patronize the military, which is a plus. Service was okay. A smile goes a long way. The personnel don't speak very good English. The kitchen area was dirty . The mural on the wall was neat.
