In search of some good ice cream, great customer service, and nice atmosphere? Then, The Chill Factory is where you need to go. My sister and I brought our niece here. It's a neat little spot. They even have a couple of walls that are wonderful for photo opportunities. The only disappointment was that there was no gelato available in addition to all of the delicious ice cream. It's seasonal. So definitely have to come back. By the way, my sister left her personal, insulated cup there. We called them right away when we realized it. Even though they were closed, they answered the phone line. Our brother was able to retrieve it the very next day. THANK YOU VERY MUCH to the staff of The Chill Factory!!!
