First time at Tony’s and it won’t be my last!! I asked for the top to be a little crispy! Right on point! Delicious! Then, I use a cane, I was having trouble carrying my pizza and cup of water, the attendent, cute girl!! Walked out with me to my car!!! She was so helpful, beyond her duties!!! Thank you for a pleasant experience!!

I love this place but I ordered the other night and spent 25 minutes on the phone trying to place the order, only to have to hang up and try to place again bc they didn’t understand how to switch to delivery after I asked specifically “you have this as delivery right” when I called back I spent another 10 minutes repaying for an order, which they canceled the first payment but then it took 1 hour plus to get my food and it was so cold me and my family had to put it back in the oven.

What? 6%food sales tax brings this over 70$..so are we charged a $ 20 delivery fee? NEVER AGAIN-

Ordered Lemon Pepper Wings which are usually great. Tonight at the Simpsonville location kids seem to be running this place. Cursing & horsing around in the back and I saw an employee (young man) come from the bathroom I prayed he washed his hands. My wings smelled horrible!!! These kids may not know what bad chicken smells like but I sure do. I went back to get a refund and was told they don't offer refunds. Manager was nasty like the restaurant. Anyways, I won't be back.
