It took over 15 minutes for us to be acknowledged in the building on both separate education that we came creepy people everywhere and also the food finally came out after 45 minutes of being there the grits were hard. The patty was disgusting, and she screamed at the back, embarrassing our younger children. After continuously saying thank you the server she all always replied with the word MHM. And the flies that building continues to attack my youngest child. I would never be returning to this location. Simpsonville location is obviously the top prime..

The past few times we've come here it took forever to get a table. Almost all we're dirty and the staff didn't acknowledge us till we'd been sitting for like 10 minutes. Even then you can tell they didn't wanna be there . The food is pretty good but overall I don't think we'll be back to this one .

I walked in at 530 in the morning. guy tells he is at max capacity. one lady standing at the register and two people at a booth. told me he couldn't serve and told me I had to leave. didn't ask me just said "you have to leave I can't handle anymore customers"
They forgot the chili on the hash browns which is the normal but I noticed they now have a 20% upcharge on Togo orders. That actually made my server get less than id normally tip.

This is the 2nd time I have arrived at this restaurant and been turned away because there is 1 server. Tonight there is 1 server and no cook. Why doesn’t this place just close down. Unacceptable for the Waffle House name. Shame on Corporate for letting this happen again and again.
