I ordered 4 piece chicken strip meal. You could have kept it. The slaw was dry. I wanted honey mustard got home to nasty barbeque. I asked for sprite and got home to lemonade.

The amounts and portions of things definitely need to be watched, sometimes i go in there i get a good amount of that thing like for example cheddar bites only if it’s fresh though is when i can get a good amount, then after that they started giving me way less and they were cold, i went in there 2 days ago and got that and they gave me like 7 cheddar bites like damn lol

2nd time this week something has been wrong with my order. Paid $19 for wings and things and hardly got any of the sauce I order for the wings on them. They were basically plain. I come here alot and lately everytime I order something ends uo being wrong. How hard is it to follow instructions and do your job?

The staff was kind, quick, and professional even at the height of a rush of customers. The food is always amazing!

This is by far the best Zaxbys around. Food is always hot and delicious. The management staff genuinely cares about its customers and employees. When you see a manager taking out the trash, that's the kind of manager you want running your business. One who is willing to jump in, not afraid to get their hands dirty in order to get the job done. Great job Ft. Inn Zaxbys!

The service at this location is horrible! I ordered online and when I arrived there were 5 cars ahead of me and it took 20 minutes for me to get to the window only to be given the wrong order. I went inside explained and was given yet another wrong order. I spent $100 on my order only to be treated like this?? Also I didn't get any sauce let alone the sauce I did order. More to this story but I don't feel like typing. Food was delicious but the bad service overshadowed that! Below response from Zaxbys was from yet a previous complaint!

Google says it closes at 10 and they rushing to get it closed at 9:30. Rushed my order and got it wrong. Yall don't know how to READ?

Like all other Zaxbys I've been to, the food is good but somehow I just cringe every time I spend $19 for a 10 PC wings, fries and a drink....the food keeps us coming back but it's about at a point to where the juice is not worth the squeeze...

Had the blue cheese salad. Very good. Nice portion. Lots of chicken and veggies AND blue cheese. My go to. Service was meh. Food took a while but o think they were busy at the drive thru.

no soap in the men restroom to wash your hands .
