Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Got there and stood at counter for almost 20 minutes. No one even acknowledged that we were there. Finally left without getting any food. Very disappointed. Always enjoyed going to Zaxbys.

Ordered a kiddie finger meal, bacon ranch fries, and a wings n things. Chicken fingers were full of salt and the fries was hard and seem like they were cooked earlier and warmed up. The bacon was 2 whole pieces instead of cut up. Almost $30 spent and I’m disappointed

Ugh. Chicken was undercooked and stringy, fries were 15 min old and limp, freestyle machine was low on syrup for soda. Ate 2 of the 5 fingers, 1/3 of the fries and went to Quick Trip next door before going back to work. Lady took order and immediately went back to her phone. Sounds like a management issue for this one.

This place is disgusting. There windows were filthy, there was a solid layer of dust on the inoperable ice machine and the restrooms needed cleaning. This made me wonder about the level of cleanliness of the kitchen. I couldn't help but think that if the manager doesn't care about keeping the areas of the restaurant that can be seen by customers clean, what about the rest of the place...

are you kidding me ,40 mins at drive through , get to window , dont even know what i ordered , act like they never heard of chicken , close the place , why bother , gave 1 star , need no star choice ,

First time here and it was disgusting. Noticed all the trash in the parking lot as we were walking in and the inside was filthy. Dirt all over doors and windows, trash all over the floor, drink counter like a tornado hit it-no way I’d eat here-turned around and left. DHEC needs to pay a visit. If the lobby is that bad, I’d hate to see the kitchen.

The greens in my salad were rotten. I wouldn’t recommend too highly.
