Hit and miss at this location. Every now and then you can get good service and food.

Came here for dinner, lobby closed early so I placed a curbside order, sat here for 45 min. Until close and never received my order. Food is always good but service is getting so bad idk if its worth coming to zaxbys anymore.
Average chicken fingers etc great salad and large. Hard to get in out at times noon & 5pm. Busy road near interstate

Ordered ahead with curbside pickup. After indicating in app where I parked I waited 10 minutes past the pickup time only to have to go inside to get the order. Not busy inside at all and food was soggy.

Went to get food for my husband and kids. Ordered big zax snack with chicken fingers DIPPED in tongue torch sauce but instead I got chicken fingers with sauce POURED in the box. We ordered the kids 2 chicken strip meals and got 2 signature sandwich meals. I tried to let it slide because hearing isn’t always good when you’re closer to closing. I asked for sauce and was told my order only came with one sauce when it should’ve been 3 if the kids got what they asked for. One employee was posted up on her phone like she wasn’t even on the clock. I probably should’ve texted her my order so it would’ve been correct.
