One of the worst experiences. I stopped by at 9:32 pm and they wouldn't take my order. If you will conduct a business then put the actual times of service vs just a standard time that isn't respected.

I normally don't do reviews on a lot of franchise restaurants because it is what it is with these type of restaurants..... But I have to say that I have bought this Zensation salad from Zaxby's and as you can see from these pictures that I have found some half cooked raw chicken in my salad... My first time experiencing such issue and if I felt like it, I would take it back to the store and ask for my money back but I do not feel like going all the way back to that store seeing that I have got this far off into the salad.... But I'm going to say this.... that this review and these pictures are proof if I do get sick?And I was disappointed about the grilled chicken sandwich as well even though I ate that too but the skimpy lettuce and the skimpy tomato that was thrown onto that sandwich was very displeasing as well....now that I am writing a review about today's mealUpdate an hour later:I spoke with one of the assistant managers and can you believe they are saying that they can make me another salad... I'm not doing that!!! I want to be recompensed for my money or either y'all going to recompensate me another way...but I will not eat another piece of those salads again... I've never had a complaint dealing with their chicken tenders and stuff nor some of their other salads but this right here....no!!!... that right there will make me NOT want to eat there again or either they compensate me a different way other than trying to give me another salad!!!!

Very rude to my wife because they messed up a order . They missed over half the order and wouldn't fix it after she was told they would. One of the employees in fact laughed in her face and continued to be rude. Will not be going here anymore. $64 bucks wasted. Do not go here!!!!

I came through the drive thru yesterday I ask the young lady if all my food was in the bag $42 worth of food she said yes without even checking the bag.I have work in fast-food before do better. Rude when I came back in without have of what I just ordered ? again check your orders before telling a customer yes your order is all there!!! I do appreciate the young man that help fix the problem with my missing food and and another middle lady in the back that was cooking wish I knew their names. But the young lady that was working the window and front. RUDE AND UNPLEASANT.

Soggy and cold boneless wings. Fries were cold. Bread was cold. There is a reason I only eat at Zaxbys when I’m in Moore. The Fountain Inn location is horrible and so are the employees that work here.

Try hiring people who actually keep your restaurant open until the closing time listed. Even people who show up 10 minutes before close deserve to order.

Pure trash! The front door had rain water puddling up, the bathroom does have an exit handle just a sharp piece of metal. The tile trip is literally laying in the floor. Now the staff.. Not a hair net in sight, the counters were horrible they could barely take orders, but man they could easily refill their drinks while talking on the phone. Will never be back! Don’t even stop go the McDonalds right down the road. But hey glad the girl at the front got her hair done she was sure flinging it around the food! Then surprise surprise they messed up the order! ??

They always close their doors whenever it starts getting busy. Waiting 30+ min for an order I placed on the app is crazy. Can’t NOT pick up food I already paid for. I might as well have just ordered at the place. Otherwise the customer service is pretty great.
