Very recently remodeled, so very clean looking. Food was great as was server. Drinks & apps came out quickly.
The food was excellent the service was spectacular our server name was brittney and she was very sweet and we never ran out of drink

Don't come here if you have more than 4 people. We came in with a party of 5 and the host made us sit at a small table where we didn't have enough space. I guess since we didn't have a party of 6+, there was no reason to put an additional table together. No large booths for larger parties either.Also the sauce on the fiesta lime chicken was WAY too spicy. I ended up having to scrape it off and it still left a fire in my mouth. Kinda disappointed about that considering I order this almost everytime I come to Applebee's and it has never been that spicy.As far as service, they forgot our silverware and we heard other patrons ask for them as well. Our waitress was working two opportunities sides of the restaurant, makes no sense.

Waitress was nice and polite but not attentive to our needs and was very scattered brained both steaks were wrong Mac n cheese missing bacon and had to ask multiple times for things needed that she stated she was bringing but didn't until we reason for it multiple times.
Food was great... one of the off duty waitstaff took care of us. She did a great job. Seems the service industry lately everywhere is suffering to some degree.

You could hear the staff screaming at eachother in the kitchen, bad language. The bartender was absolutely amazing!! It was like a block party going on. Wait staff dancing to hip-hop in the middle of the bar. Music was turned up so loud. I took my food and left. I just wanted a few beers, good food and to relax. Ive been otr for over 2 weeks and this was my first dinner outta the truck. NOT how i wanted to spend it.

My food was much too greasy. My boyfriend's was not hot, basically warm, and his steak was overcooked. The service was great. The music was too loud. I've never had a bad experience with the food here, but I was disappointed
Our server was great and very polite but it seemed they were incredibly understaffed as she had to buss tables and it looked like had to wait on half of the resteraunt (she was awesome and busted her butt, shes the type you want working for you) my son got an appetizer (Honey BBQ boneless chicken wings) and they were all raw in the middle. He ate 1 before we noticed so hopefully nothing comes of it although he complained his stomach was hurting soon after we left. This seems to be a staffing issue because if the kitchen was as slim as the waiting staff im sure its tough to keep everyrhing running smoothly with no help. Kudos to the people trying hard but Applebees management needs to do better.

My broccoli had brown spots on it and looked rubbery ! The ribs were too saucy and the macaroni was like a kids box macaroni! The waitress was wonderful! She was the only waitress in the whole place! She was servicing the whole place! She was all alone!

The food here was absolutely awful! Everything tasted like it had been microwaved. And for the price, it was completely unacceptable. I know Gaffney doesn't have many choices, but a cheap hamburger from McDonalds would have been better than the food here.I couldn't blame the waitress either. Bless her heart. She was the only waitress in the whole place. She was doing everything.
