Applebee's Grill + Bar offers a mixed dining experience. The food is generally tasty, but the portion sizes may not fully match the pricing. The menu includes a variety of options, and the service is praised as great, with attentive and friendly staff. The restaurant is a good place to catch the games, and the staff is very friendly. While some dishes like chicken parm and broccoli alfredo are enjoyed, there are comments about certain meals being slightly dry or tough, and not always worth the extra money. The restaurant has a family-friendly atmosphere, and although it has reduced kid-friendly offerings like crayons from the children's menus, many customers find it to be a nice place to dine. Overall, it remains a popular spot for those looking for a casual meal and good service.
