What a difference a great manager makes. I ordered the food at the counter and the person working there took my order, but the manager overheard what I was telling her and made the order exactly the way I wanted it thank you so much and I got the food quickly and it was great.!

The drive through is non-existent. I’ve seen 3 cars leave the line as it has been 10 minutes and they still haven’t taken the order of the car behind me. I’d leave if my son was so set on the biiscuit

Bojangles never disappoints! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the customer service is top-notch. As a truck driver, I travel all over the country, but every time I’m in the South, I make it a point to stop at Bojangles. I just wish there were more locations on the West Coast—I’d love to enjoy it more often! Highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates great food and friendly service.
